A "weekend" away
Well, last week Brett and Kris were in Calgary for some vacation, so Sandra and I were able to go hang out at Kris's parents trailer at the lake. We went up Wednesday night and came back Thursday evening. It was a great time as we spent some time at the pool, on the boat and just soaking up as much sun as we could. Sandra and I have always enjoyed going to Fred and Char's trailer, it is so relaxing to just spend time with friends in the sun. I tried water skiing for the first time and it was pretty fun. We also spent some time in a kayak, which i find quite enjoyable. Though the day after my body definitely didn't enjoy itself. Here are some pics.

That looks like a lot of fun! We hope to be doing lots of that next week :)
The first time I checked out this post I couldn't get the video to work (or maybe just didn't realize there was a video). This time it worked! Way to go on getting up your first try! Fun!
That reminds me of our childhoods where all the adults (including my mom and dad) would ski for hours on end and cuz kids would just watch :( haha
