Just A Sunday Night Dinner

Well once again i made a meal that i decided that you all should see. This one is some roasted garlic mashed potatos, Sauted zuchinni, and roasted snapper with a garlic dejion aioli sauce. It was pretty good, once again eat with your eyes.

Is snapper hard to cook? Is it different, or does it require fancier steps, than salmon? I've never thought to try it...

Snapper is quite easy, the only thing to watch is that it falls apart very easily. You just have to be extra careful. Snapper filets are rather thin and "light" so it cooks pretty fast.
